News flash: Freshdesk Company is now Freshworks. BANG! So it seems only fitting to say that as a local partner of “Freshworks”, it was indeed an honor for us, the i4 Asia Inc team, to organize an event with the end goal of sharing our acquired expertise in customer support and relationship management through Freshdesk and Freshsales.

It was a short and sweet event graced by different company representatives from different industries. This year, we organized a two-part event. The morning event for Freshdesk (Discover the Secret Sauce to Customer Satisfaction); the afternoon event for Freshsales (Discover the Secret Sauce to High Velocity Sales Team), and for the record, there were a great number of attendees! We were elated to reveal the secret sauces to customer happiness and high velocity sales team. The secret is classic: Freshdesk and Freshales!

Freshdesk is a cloud-based customer support software & helpdesk ticketing system that assists customers over email, phone and social channels. That’s just one of the innumerable ways to define this amazing product. To keep it simpler: Freshdesk is everything you need to deliver exceptional customer service. 

On the other hand, Freshsales is a full-fledged CRM software made for high-velocity sales teams for lead management, pipeline management, lead tracking, lead scoring and more. In other words, Freshsales is a complete CRM with a lot of extras!

To add some flavors, we also dished out some time for an in-depth coaching session with Nickhie Antony for Freshdesk and Bahrani Marimuthu for Freshsales. This comprehensive session taught our guests a lot more about the tips and tricks in utilizing our products. It  was also the time for those questions that are often overlooked- those inquiries where one can just basically nod more than usual and think “Yeah right, I’d ask that too!”. Props to our participative guests! We definitely learned from you and you help us to improve more.

Then came a very touching moment when we heard how Freshdesk and Freshsales have been of great help to some of our MVPs (most valuable partners).
