read a message from your special someone (or N/A, JOKE!);
commute and see a new billboard along the EDSA traffic;
get your espresso with a little cute note from the barista;
check your friend’s statuses, snaps, and stories;

What do you see or hear? Content. Yes. Content. Everywhere.

But what makes up beautiful content?
It’s all about H.E.A.R.T.

H for HONESTY.
Believe it or not, honest content grabs one’s attention. Truthful and genuine content goes a long way — it stands the test of time. Let’s be honest, when your suitor (or N/A, JOKE!) tells you his true intentions, wouldn’t it create a spark? Yeah, yeah, H can stand for humor, but who wouldn’t ask for HONESTY, first?

E for EMOTION.
I bet you’ve seen most, if not all, the plethora of emotional video ads streaming around the social media world. From the friendzoned-themed ads from Jollibee to McDonald’s message of moving-on — wonder what do they have in common? FEELS! In this world full of hugot, the emotional aspect of the content is what makes it relatable. It’s the feels that hits the audience hard — straight to the heart.

A for ARTSY.
Sonia Simone has a special take about ART, she said: art has the creative spark, the unusual choice, the flare of personality, the moment of real human empathy and connection. Beautiful content is artistic. Most of the time, it’s not all about “marketing purposes”. Behind every artistic content you love are content writers and UX designers who merge their craft to bring you content that is easy to grasp and fun to see.

R for RELEVANT.
Relevant content is a treasure to find. For any world-wide-web user, this pot of gold may be used as a piece of information for the purpose in mind. Relevant content is not just content, it’s content with a purpose.

T for TIMELESS.
Sure, trending topics can give you traffic and traction, but, what if the buzz dies already? Then the jam would spoil, too. Think about the shelf-life. You may find it tricky, because new material are no doubt a sought-after, but people also want something they can come back to time and time again. Like a mantra or a motto, beautiful content is classic.

Truly meaningful, effective, and beautiful content needs to be able to resonate with the hearts of many. And for that to happen, it needs to have a life of its own; in the same way that the heart keeps us alive, it’s H.E.A.R.T. that brings any content to life.

I don’t think you can make anything better than things made with H.E.A.R.T. When something you’ve made has tugged at someone’s heartstrings or struck a chord among the audience, that’s how you know you’ve made something beautiful.
