Breaking News: Freshchat is now the integrated messaging channel inside Freshdesk! This means that support agents can now engage conversations with your website visitors and customers from within the help desk.

Last June 20, the Fresh team from  i4 Asia and Freshworks India organized an event that aimed at spreading the news and share how these software can help businesses ace their customers.
